Certificates are awarded on completion of the course.

The Professional Development Program is not a series of lectures. It is a psychological, experience-based and interactive adult education model for adult learning. It will introduce professionals to the very successful BRIDGE Model of relationships developed by the Institute's Director Don Burnard. This is a powerful model for promoting marriage, family and a variety of domestic relationships.

The goal of this program is to encourage greater collaboration between agencies by sharing resources.
