All RELATEWELL courses start with the premise that relationships involve two people who stand on two very different shores because of their very different life experience. Their challenge is to build a bridge that is strong enough to allow two way traffic of support and the sharing of thoughts and feelings. This bridge model emphasises that the foundations of a committed relationship are reality not fantasy, a strong self esteem, a respect for the other self and a connection strong enough for commitment.
