The presentations worked with include depression, anxiety, domestic violence, trauma, suicidality, binge eating and intellectual disability. Therapeutic approaches used include CBT, ACT, person-centred, strengths-based and motivational interviewing.
Charlene is committed to support priority cohorts, including minority and vulnerable populations, in providing mental health support; and promoting positive attitudes to achieve better quality of life and potential. Working with Adolescents 12-17 years; Adults 18-65 years; and Older Adults 65+.

Samantha is registered as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Samantha has worked with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, developing a wealth of knowledge in therapeutic approaches, ethical matters and psychological practice. She currently works with mild to moderate presentations of mental illness, applying current evidence-based therapies to work collaboratively with clients to create a treatment plan that best fits their specific needs. Therapeutic approaches used include CBT, ACT, Mindfulness-based CBT.
Samantha is also skilled in the administration of cognitive assessments in children and adolescents: WISC-V and WAIS-V (children IQ tests, specific learning disorder, intellectual disability, ADHD) .
Samantha is incredibly passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan to achieve positive mental health and wellbeing outcomes. She particularly enjoys working with parents during the postpartum period, supporting them through the emotional and psychological adjustments associated with the transition to parenthood. She works with Children 12 years and under; Adolescents 12-17 years; Adults 18-65 years; and Older Adults 65+.

Sam is a caring and genuine psychologist who works to establish a secure, accepting environment whilst applying evidence-based approaches to mild to moderate mental health presentations. As she works with her clients to determine their therapy goals and delve into their individual experiences, she values establishing a solid, trustworthy, and cooperative relationship; adjusting her client-centred approaches to each client's unique requirements, challenges, and capabilities. With experience gained over the years in out-of-home care, homeless services, therapeutic housing, disability, family services, transport and case management.
Sam has worked with a diverse range of clients, including people from CALD populations, LBGTIQ+ community, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and women and children escaping family violence. This experience has provided her with invaluable skills in therapeutic crisis intervention, deescalating a crisis, and safety planning, which presents itself in many forms.

Helen is committed to creating a safe and welcoming space in which to support a diverse range of clients from across the lifespan. Madeleine holds a Master of Counselling from Monash University and is a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
She has extensive experience supporting individuals, couples and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties and major life transitions. Madeleine has a particular interest in the perinatal and postpartum period, working with parents as they navigate the emotional, relational and identity changes that accompany pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
Madeleine is especially passionate about supporting couples during the transition to parenthood. She is highly skilled in helping partners manage communication difficulties, disconnection, shifting relationship dynamics, differing parenting approaches, attachment needs, role overload and the pressures that commonly emerge following the arrival of a baby. She also provides individual counselling to parents experiencing perinatal anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges and identity changes.

Lauren is a mental health counsellor and social worker with more than 20 years’ experience working with individuals and families across complex and high‑risk contexts. She is highly skilled in client‑inclusive practice, family violence, trauma‑informed practice and therapeutic family work, and is a trained family therapist.
Lauren has extensive experience supporting people during periods of crisis and significant life transition, particularly in the postpartum period. Her background includes early intervention work with Parents Under Pressure, as well as specialist roles in the family violence and integrated family services sectors, providing both case management and therapeutic support.
She works with individuals presenting with mild to moderate mental health concerns and is a specialist in helping families navigate difficult relational, safety and systemic challenges. Lauren is deeply committed to supporting parents and families to understand and manage the complexities of the family services, family violence and mental health systems. She brings her extensive social work expertise to her role as a counsellor at RelateWell, offering grounded, trauma‑informed and relationally attuned support to those experiencing vulnerability and change.

Colleen Reilly is a Counsellor and Psychotherapist. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Cairnmillar Institute and her Couple and Relationship Studies and Internship at Relationships Australia.
Colleen specialises in working with couple and relationship issues, and also has extensive experience in anxiety and panic disorders; loss and grief; low self-esteem; mild to moderate depression; stress management, and finding purpose and meaning in life.
Colleen is a trained Emotion Focused Therapist, but depending on the needs of her clients draws from skills-based approaches such as Mindfulness and CBT. She often provides useful practical reading material to broaden the understanding of specific issues for her clients.
Her focus is on being fully present with you, in an empathetic, calming and non-judgmental space.

Carmen is currently undertaking a Master of Counselling at Monash University and will be providing counselling services to children and families within our outlet at Belle Vue Park Primary School. She is committed to fostering emotional wellbeing, strengthening family relationships and helping children thrive in their school environment.
She brings a gentle, child‑centred approach to her work, drawing on a range of counselling approaches to help children feel comfortable, heard and supported.
With experience working with children aged 5 to 17 through tutoring and volunteering, Carmen has developed a natural ability to build rapport and create a sense of ease. She speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese fluently, allowing her to connect meaningfully with families from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Our relationship programs are run by tertiary qualified, experienced adult educators who are either psychologists or counsellors working in the field of couple relationships. They have a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based relationship theory and provide an interactive, insightful learning space for couples. All trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
