This stems from her extensive work as an early childhood educator where she developed her holistic perspective in practice.

Greta brings to RelateWell over 20 years' experience as a competent mental health clinician across the public, private, not-for-profit, education and research sectors providing services to clients across the lifespan who present with mild, moderate, and complex needs within mental health and alcohol and other drugs services located in primary health care, community services and university counselling services.
Greta possesses well-developed skills in mental health assessment, mental state examination, risk assessment, AOD assessment, safety planning and the application of evidence-based counselling skills. She has an ability to warmly engage with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures, providing an empathetic, authentic, inclusive, and safe environment. Greta works collaboratively with clients to develop a biopsychosocial treatment plan in line with individual goals and values, where interventions such as psychoeducation, evidence-based counselling skills and case management are utilised.

Madeleine has graduated with a Masters of Counselling from Monash University and is a member of the Australian Counselling Association.
Madeleine has experience working with individuals, couples and families in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, anger-management, self-esteem, stress management and interpersonal issues.
Madeleine particularly enjoys working with clients in the perinatal space and has a strong focus on the importance of the development and maintenance of healthy relationships between couples and families.

Anne has completed a Master of Counselling at Monash University and is a member of the Australian Counselling Association. Anne is passionate about mental health within young families and recognises the significant challenges that can surface during this time for individuals, couples and the family unit.
Anne utilises a range of evidence-based therapies and strategies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Self-compassion and Strength-focused therapy. Anne also has a good understanding of the Enneagram and its capacity to enhance understanding of self and others, and to facilitate personal growth. Anne works collaboratively with clients and incorporates experiential techniques in therapy sessions when appropriate. A warm, empathic and non-judgemental approach underpins the support Anne provides her clients.
Anne is trained in the Gottman approach; and is a trained prepare/enrich facilitator.

Colleen Reilly is a Counsellor and Psychotherapist. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Cairnmillar Institute and her Couple and Relationship Studies and Internship at Relationships Australia.
Colleen specialises in working with couple and relationship issues, and also has extensive experience in anxiety and panic disorders; loss and grief; low self-esteem; mild to moderate depression; stress management, and finding purpose and meaning in life.
Colleen is a trained Emotion Focused Therapist, but depending on the needs of her clients draws from skills-based approaches such as Mindfulness and CBT. She often provides useful practical reading material to broaden the understanding of specific issues for her clients.
Her focus is on being fully present with you, in an empathetic, calming and non-judgmental space.
Colleen is passionate about her work with people and is delighted to be a team member at RelateWell.
