Under our significant partnership with Merri-bek (formerly Moreland) Maternal and Child Health Service, RelateWell works within the Merri-bek Enhanced Maternal Child Health (EMCH) program supporting selected vulnerable families with targeted psychological support from within their homes; as an extension of the Universal Maternal and Child Health (UMCH) Service. 

The Enhanced Maternal and Child Health Service is a home visiting program provided by a Maternal and Child Health Nurses to assist families with extra support and guidance. In partnership, RelateWell psychologists provide evidence-based psychological care from within parents homes. The service is available to parents and caregivers of children up to six years of age.
